 World Yacht Dinner Cruise Sample Menu
Guests will be greeted with a glass of champagne, a
platter of fine Artisanal cheeses, served with flat bread and Kalamata
olives, plus our chef’s Amusé Bouche to whet their appetite. Their
culinary journey will continue with guest favorites like Maryland Lump
Crab Cakes, Long Island Duck Salad with Goat Cheese, Shrimp Cocktail, or
our fabulous Salmon Trio served in a Bento Box, all at no additional
cost. As always, World Yacht's freshly prepared entrées include guest favorites
like Filet Mignon, Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon, Pumpkin Ravioli or our
Daily Market Catch Provençale. After a sumptuous dinner, they can savor
their dessert experience with Cappuccino or Espresso. The complete

December; Friday, Saturday and Sunday from January through April.
