From Taiwanese, Korean and Indian cuisines to schnitzel, barbecue and creamy ice creams, the top food carts and trucks will be brought together at Carts in the Parc at the Eventi Hotel’s indoor/outdoor Food Parc. Restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow will also showcase his concept food court that serves a special blended burger (No.7 Hanger Blend) with gourmet bacons, Joe Ng's imaginative dumplings, unique pizza bianca wraps, specialties from chefs such as Michael White (Norwegian meatballs), Ed Brown (clam chowder and lobster rolls) and Zak Pelaccio's (Asian barbeque) real home-made chocolate pudding, and much more. Travel Channel’s Andrew Zimmern will be our host and celebrate the street food scene as he helps guests navigate the terrain of bizarre foods, savory beers and whimsical wines, all of which reflect and foretell the food trends of our great melting pot nation. Sample tamales while buskers juggle, munch on falafel while mimes mimic passersbys, and snack on a plate of dumplings to the sound of a string quartet. If you hear it, see it, or taste it on the street, you’ll rediscover it here, at Carts in the Parc.
